2	Twelve Ticketing and your Personal Data

Twelve Ticketing cares about your privacy and protecting your personal data. We process

Your (company) name, e-mail address, Client number, telephone number, current ticketing information and any Personal Data included in your message.	

-	Get in touch and to maintain contact with our (potential) Clients;

-	Send newsletters.	We may process these Personal Data in order to (possibly) enter into a contract or to execute an existing contact. For example, by a request to make ‘an offer you can’t refuse’ or to deliver our Services.

We may send newsletters to existing Clients about similar products and services, because we have a legitimate interest to keep them updated about such products and services. We send newsletters to others than existing Clients only after we have obtained an explicit consent.

Algemene voorwaarden online ticketverkoop Club Church Amsterdam

Via de officiële ticketshop van Club Church zijn tickets voor evenementen bij Club Church te bestellen.

De bezoeker vult de gevraagde gegevens (emailadres, voor- en achternaam, geboortedatum en e-mailadres) naar waarheid in en accepteert de algemene voorwaarden.

Per ticket/bestelling kunnen er kosten worden doorberekend aan de bezoeker deze staan dan vermeld op de website.

De tickets worden per email verstuurd naar de bezoeker en zijn niet overdraagbaar aan andere personen.

Mocht het evenement niet doorgaan vanwege nieuw aangekondigde Corona-maatregelen, blijven de kaarten geldig tot en met de nieuw te plannen datum.

De door de bezoeker ingevoerde persoonsgegevens zullen alleen gebruikt worden voor het uitvoeren

van de bestelling van de bezoeker en voor gegevensanalyse door Club Church.

De gegevens die Club Church heeft ontvangen worden vertrouwelijk behandeld. Deze gegevens

worden niet doorgegeven, verhuurd of verkocht aan derden.

De bezoeker verklaart hiermee akkoord te gaan en kennis te hebben dat hij/zij hiermee akkoord is

gegaan bij het plaatsen van de bestelling via de ticketshop.

Elke bezoeker laat bij de ingang zijn ticket scannen, dit kan op papier of via de mobiele telefoon.

Zonder officiële ticket is het voor bezoekers niet mogelijk het evenement bij te wonen.

Elke bezoeker is verplicht om zich bij de ingang, of gedurende het evenement, te kunnen legitimeren.

Als een bezoeker zich niet kan legitimeren is de organisatie bevoegd de bezoeker te weigeren en/of te verwijderen van het evenement.

De bezoeker volgt alle aanwijzingen van de organisatie op. Bezoekers die daar niet mee instemmen

kunnen de toegang tot het evenement worden geweigerd.

De bezoeker is bekend met de huisregels van de accommodatie en leeft deze huisregels na.

Bezoekers, jonger dan 18 jaar, worden niet toegelaten op het evenement.

De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor bezoekers te allen tijde aan te spreken op ongewenst gedrag en waar nodig bezoekers te verwijderen.

De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor met name maar niet uitsluitend zoekgeraakte en/of beschadigde eigendommen.

Schade of derving die aantoonbaar door de organisatie wordt geleden zal op de veroorzaker worden

Als een bezoeker op grond van één of meerdere artikel(s) uit deze algemene voorwaarden de toegang wordt geweigerd of wordt verwijderd van het evenement dan heeft de bezoeker geen recht op restitutie van het aankoopbedrag van de ticket.

Tijdens het evenement is het verboden om foto- of geluidsopnamen te maken. Bij overtreding kan de organisatie waar nodig de bezoeker verwijderen. 

Bij een discussie over bovenstaande punten zal de organisatie een bindend besluit nemen.
