2	Twelve Ticketing and your Personal Data

Twelve Ticketing cares about your privacy and protecting your personal data. We process 

– i.e. all information by which a person can be directly or indirectly identified – in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (

3	Twelve Ticketing acts as both Data Processor and Data Controller

4	What Personal Data do we process as a Controller and for what purposes do we use them? 

As Data Controller, we collect and process the following Personal Data:

Your (company) name, e-mail address, Client number, telephone number, current ticketing information and any Personal Data included in your message.	

-	Get in touch and to maintain contact with our (potential) Clients;

-	Send newsletters.	We may process these Personal Data in order to (possibly) enter into a contract or to execute an existing contact. For example, by a request to make ‘an offer you can’t refuse’ or to deliver our Services.

We may send newsletters to existing Clients about similar products and services, because we have a legitimate interest to keep them updated about such products and services. We send newsletters to others than existing Clients only after we have obtained an explicit consent. 

It is always possible to unsubscribe from our newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Client name and address, invoicing information (Services provided, prices, VAT rates), bank details (account number, IBAN and BIC-code) and an optional VAT identification number.

De hierna aangeduide begrippen hebben in deze Algemene Voorwaarden de volgende

a. Algemene Voorwaarden: Deze Algemene Voorwaarden van KWIK EVENTS, statutair

gevestigd te Delftse Jaagpad 7 (KvK-nummer: 28092123)

c. Evenement: de door KWIK EVENTS georganiseerde gebeurtenis en waarvoor zij tickets

d. Ticket: het document dat dient als toegangsbewijs voor een Evenement

e. Bezoeker: de bezoeker van het Evenement.

2.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op iedere overeenkomst in het kader

van het bezoek aan het evenement, en de aanschaf van alle toegangstickets daarvoor tussen

de bezoeker van het evenement en de organisatie, ongeacht hoe die tot stand komt. Door

de aanschaf en/of gebruik van een product uit de webwinkel, ticket en/of betreding van de

locatie van het evenement, gaat de bezoeker akkoord met de inhoud van deze algemene

2.2 De organisatie van het evenement en/of de beheerders van de evenementlocatie, kan

huisregels hanteren, die naast deze algemene voorwaarden gelden en op de website(s) van

de organisatie en/of op de evenementlocatie te vinden zijn.

2.3 De organisatie kan deze algemene voorwaarden te allen tijde geheel of gedeeltelijk

wijzigen. Bezoekers worden tijdig van de wijzigingen op de hoogte gebracht doordat de

organisatie dit op de betreffende website(s) van de organisatie zal melden. Als de bezoeker

de organisatie niet binnen 10 (tien) werkdagen schriftelijk laat weten zich op grond van de

redelijkheid en billijkheid niet in de wijzigingen te kunnen vinden, wordt de bezoeker geacht

2.4 De nietigheid van enige bepaling van deze algemene voorwaarden tast de geldigheid van

3.1 De overeenkomst tussen de organisatie en bezoeker voor de aanschaf van tickets komt

tot stand nadat een bestelling voor één of meer tickets is geplaatst bij (een door) de

organisatie ingeschakeld (voor)verkoopadres. Een ticket verschaft de bezoeker een recht tot toegang tot een Evenement van de Organisator. Tickets worden verzonden naar het (e-mail)adres dat bezoeker heeft opgegeven en dat als juist wordt beschouwd. 

3.2 Een geplaatste bestelling is onherroepelijk en de bezoeker kan de overeenkomst na dat

moment niet wijzigen. De organisatie behoudt zich te allen tijde het recht voor om

bestellingen te weigeren, dan wel daaraan aanvullende voorwaarden te stellen.

3.3 Informatie, zoals mededelingen en prijsopgaven, met betrekking tot het evenement

en/of tickets wordt zo nauwkeurig mogelijk (weer)gegeven of verstrekt. Door bijkomende

kosten van bijvoorbeeld reservering, betaling en/of bezorging kunnen prijzen voor tickets

hoger liggen dan de door de organisatie op de tickets geprinte prijzen. De organisatie

aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor eventuele onjuistheden of onvolledigheden in de

4.1 De bezoeker dient bij het betreden van de evenementlocatie te beschikken over een

geldig ticket en over een geldig legitimatiebewijs. Bezoekers ontvangen bij aankomst bij het

evenement tegen inlevering van het ticket een polsbandje. Dit polsbandje dient gedurende

de gehele duur van het evenement om de pols te worden gedragen, mag niet worden

afgedaan of van drager wisselen. Op eerste verzoek van medewerkers van de organisatie, de

evenementlocatie, beveiligingspersoneel, politie en/of ander bevoegd gezag moet het

4.2 Een ticket wordt eenmalig aan de bezoeker verstrekt en verschaft slechts de houder van

het ticket (eenmalig) toegang tot het evenement en de evenementlocatie. De

parkeerterreinen van het evenement zijn slechts toegankelijk voor voertuigen van bezoekers

in het bezit van een geldig toegangsbewijs tot het evenement.

4.3 De tickets worden voor de aanvang van het evenement aan de bezoeker verstuurd, mits

de koopprijs voor de tickets is voldaan. Na ontvangst van de bestelde tickets dienen deze

door de bezoeker te worden gecontroleerd op juistheid. Indien de aangeschafte tickets door

de betreffende bezoeker niet tijdig zijn ontvangen, of indien er gebreken of fouten in de

tickets worden geconstateerd, dan dient de bezoeker schriftelijk (per brief of e-mail) contact

op te nemen met de organisatie. Indien een ticket bestaat uit een door of vanwege de

organisatie verstrekte barcode, die via elektronische communicatie (bijvoorbeeld e-mail) aan

de bezoeker wordt verstrekt, dient de bezoeker ervoor te zorgen dat dit ticket daadwerkelijk

en op een veilige wijze via elektronische communicatie kan worden verstrekt. De organisatie

garandeert noch de vertrouwelijkheid noch de ontvangst van het ticket.

4.4 De tickets zijn en blijven eigendom van de organisatie. Vanaf het moment dat het ticket

aan de bezoeker ter beschikking is gesteld, rust op de bezoeker het risico van verlies,

diefstal, beschadiging of misbruik daarvan. De organisatie aanvaardt geen enkele

aansprakelijkheid voor verlies of beschadiging van tickets door welke oorzaak dan ook. In het

geval de organisatie door de bezoeker om vervangende tickets wordt verzocht, is de

organisatie gerechtigd dat te weigeren of daar kosten voor in rekening te brengen.

4.5 Het is de bezoeker niet toegestaan om de tickets aan derden (weder) te verkopen, ter

verkoop aan te bieden of in het kader van commerciële doeleinden aan te bieden, te

verstrekken of in commerciële uitingen te verwijzen naar de tickets.

4.6 Indien de bezoeker zijn ticket om niet en niet voor commerciële doeleinden aan derden

ter beschikking stelt, is de bezoeker gehouden om al diens verplichtingen uit de

overeenkomst met de organisatie of deze algemene voorwaarden onverminderd op te

leggen aan die derden. De bezoeker staat er voor in dat voornoemde derden alle

4.7 De organisatie kan besluiten om de tickets op naam (gepersonaliseerd) te verkopen. De

organisatie is gerechtigd (maar niet verplicht) om de identiteit van de houder van het ticket

te controleren om vast te stellen of deze overeenkomt met de naam op de ticket, en voor

zover deze niet overeenkomt, om de houder de toegang tot het evenement te weigeren.

5.1 Bezoekers betreden de evenementlocatie en wonen het evenement bij op eigen risico.

De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies van, diefstal van en/of schade aan

de annulering, wijzigingen of afwijkingen in (de inhoud van) het programma van het

evenement, noch voor enigerlei andere schade, uit welke hoofde dan ook, welke direct of

indirect het gevolg is van handelen of nalaten van de organisatie en/of de evenementlocatie,
