2	Twelve Ticketing and your Personal Data

Twelve Ticketing cares about your privacy and protecting your personal data. We process 

– i.e. all information by which a person can be directly or indirectly identified – in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (

4	What Personal Data do we process as a Controller and for what purposes do we use them? 

As Data Controller, we collect and process the following Personal Data:

Your (company) name, e-mail address, Client number, telephone number, current ticketing information and any Personal Data included in your message.	

-	Get in touch and to maintain contact with our (potential) Clients;

-	Send newsletters.	We may process these Personal Data in order to (possibly) enter into a contract or to execute an existing contact. For example, by a request to make ‘an offer you can’t refuse’ or to deliver our Services.

We may send newsletters to existing Clients about similar products and services, because we have a legitimate interest to keep them updated about such products and services. We send newsletters to others than existing Clients only after we have obtained an explicit consent. 

It is always possible to unsubscribe from our newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Client name and address, invoicing information (Services provided, prices, VAT rates), bank details (account number, IBAN and BIC-code) and an optional VAT identification number.

Twelve Ticketing

Lightning Leiden is de organisator van het evenement, hierna; de organisatie.

Het ticket geeft eenmalig toegang tot het evenement voor één persoon.

Aangeschafte tickets kunnen niet worden gerestitueerd en/of omgeruild.

Het is niet mogelijk om telefonisch tickets te bestellen.

Het is toegestaan om gedurende het gehele evenement het terrein te betreden op vertoon van een ticket en polsbandje.

Toegang tot het evenement is uitsluitend mogelijk op vertoon van een geldig e-ticket of vermelding op de Big Shot Ticket lijst.

Een vooraf gekocht entreeticket is alleen geldig op de daarop vermelde datum.

De organisatie behoudt het recht om een bezoeker, na overtreding van een van deze algemene voorwaarden of de onderstaande huisregels, de toegang tot het sportpark te ontzeggen. Ongeacht het al dan niet in bezit hebben van een geldig ticket door de bezoeker. De bezoeker heeft dan geen recht op restitutie van zijn/haar ticket.

Alle bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren met een geldig legitimatiebewijs.

Bij onduidelijkheid of discussie over een van de punten in de algemene voorwaarden zal de organisatie een bindend besluit nemen.

Kinderen tot 10 jaar oud mogen gratis naar binnen en hoeven geen ticket te kopen.

De organisatie behoudt het recht om deze algemene voorwaarden tussentijds aan te passen of aan te vullen.

De bezoeker betreedt het terrein volledig op eigen risico. De organisatie kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade en/of letsel.

Instructies van de organisatie dienen te allen tijde te worden opgevolgd.

Bezoekers gaan respectvol met elkaar om en houden rekening met elkaar.

Het consumeren van zelf meegebrachte consumpties is niet toegestaan.

Het gehele sportpark is rookvrij. Roken is alleen toegestaan op een aangewezen locatie buiten het sportpark.

Afval dient op de juiste manier te worden weggegooid op de daarvoor bestemde plekken.

Rolstoelen, loopmiddelen, buggy’s en kinderwagens zijn toegestaan en vallen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker en/of ouder/verzorger van de gebruiker.

Het is niet toegestaan om zonder toestemming het speelveld te betreden. Alleen personen met expliciete toestemming mogen zich op het veld bevinden.

Gecertificeerde hulphonden zijn toegestaan. Alle andere (huis)dieren niet.

Het is niet toegestaan om vuurwerk, (vuur)wapens en/of andere gevaarlijke voorwerpen mee te brengen naar het evenement.

De organisatie stelt zichzelf niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of schade aan u of uw bezittingen ontstaan tijdens het evenement.

Alcohol wordt uitsluitend verkocht aan bezoekers van 18 jaar of ouder. Alle bezoekers dienen zich te kunnen identificeren bij het ophalen van een NIX18 bandje.

In geval van overmacht, in de breedste zin van het woord, behoudt de organisatie het recht om het evenement te annuleren of af te gelasten.

Indien het evenement wordt geannuleerd omwille van overmacht hebben bezoekers geen recht op de restitutie van hun ticket.

De organisatie streeft ernaar om het evenement zoveel als mogelijk conform de geplande programmering te laten te laten verlopen. De organisatie is niet aansprakelijk indien programmaonderdelen worden gewijzigd of verwijderd.

De organisatie gebruikt je e-mailadres om je ticket(s) toe te sturen.

Je ontvangt per e-mail noodzakelijke en/of relevante informatie die van toepassing is op je bezoek. Denk hierbij aan informatie in geval van calamiteiten of bijvoorbeeld gewijzigd parkeeradvies.

De bezoeker geeft bij het aanschaffen van tickets en het betreden van Sportpark Montgomery toestemming voor het gebruik van zijn/haar beeltenis voor foto- en videomateriaal met promotionele doeleinden.
